The 2008 Perth Holiday & Travel Expo proved to be a great event at the new venue of the Burswood Entertainment Complex Grand Ballroom. With a much more spacious and comfortable layout, visitor and exhibitor feedback has generally been extremely positive. Excellent travel 'specials' exclusive to the Expo, were made available to the public, some only hours before the Expo opened on the Friday, and generated much enthusiasm from visitors. Together with the 'Travel Theatre' presentations on a vast range of destinations, the Expo provided a 'one stop shop' for planning and buying a holiday, even down to customs information and travel insurance. With the success of the 2008 Expo, 2009 promises to be an even bigger and better Expo.
